I have over 20 years of experience across diverse industries, during which time I executed marketing and PR campaigns that drove sales and revenue, achieved brand lift, and elevated client experiences. But I am most proud of my ability to build and mentor strong, confident marketing teams.
I am a 2x Emerson College grad.

I am a strong proponent of Drucker's MANAGEMENT BY WALKING AROUND. I believe in direct engagement, open communication, and real-time problem-solving. In addition, this style lends itself well to building relationships, which is critical in the mar comm space.
By fostering an open environment where ideas flow freely, I encourage team members to share diverse perspectives, driving innovation. I am dedicated to thoughtful planning, which ensures that all voices are heard, turning brainstorming sessions into actionable strategies. This passion for both the journey and the outcome builds a culture of trust and teamwork.
This mindset not only elevates the quality of campaigns but also inspires the team to push boundaries and strive for innovation. Leading with a growth-oriented approach, my goal is to create an environment where collaboration thrives, and each campaign becomes a collective effort to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Wanting to contribute, lead and grow has been the catalyst behind my passion for lifelong learning. Marketing is always changing, so staying one step ahead is critical, and I encourage my team and colleagues to go down the path to learn anything they can to enrich their professional or personal lives. My sense of curiosity has lent itself well to lifelong learning.
The fun stuff: I'm an avid reader and go to the movies (yes, an actual movie theater!) once a week, even if it is a film I have little interest in. I'm more often surprised than disappointed in the selection. I love to have pool parties and cookouts, despite having zero talent in the kitchen. Fortunately, I have lots of family who paid attention to our talented grandmother's cooking lessons. They make up for my shortcomings, burnt cakes and unsuccessful ingredient substitutions. If I could shake the years of tennis lessons out of me, I might actually be a decent pickleball player - not there yet!
